MIX RX label design instructions

As we carefully prepare each order, the following steps are required to choose the label right for you or submit your own design.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for our team to design your labels.  An email will then be sent to you with the first round of label proofs for approval.  (Limit 3 rounds of edits).

Once the label design is approved, you will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order ships.  Please note we only pack, ship, and deliver Monday-Friday via UPS Ground. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Step 1: Choose a pre-designed label

Step 2: Email your high resolution logo, label option, and order number to: paul@themixrx.com
Logo requirements: .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .png with transparent background, .eps, .ai (as outlines), .pdf, .psd images only.  File should not be larger than 50MB in size.
